SHIELD

Repositioning a boots-on-the-ground property maintenance company into a credible digital platform serving landlords, property managers, and tenants across Central Texas. We designed a website that earns trust before the first phone call.

Three audiences. One front door.

Shield had already won the market, over 80% adoption in San Antonio's single-family sector, but their website wasn't built for anyone in particular. Property managers, homeowners, and tenants all landed in the same place with no clear path forward. The site was creating confusion where there should have been confidence.

Audience-first architecture, proof at every turn.

We restructured the site around three distinct user journeys, giving each audience the language, logic, and reassurance they actually needed. Real before-and-after documentation and plain-language program breakdowns replaced generic copy, letting Shield's work speak for itself.

A site that works as hard as the team does.

The new platform reduces inbound friction, welcomes homeowners and tenants into the process, and gives property managers a resource they can confidently hand off to clients. It's built to scale with Shield as they move toward a full owner portal and inspection app.
