Charted

Repositioning a Tucson video shop into a research-first advertising agency. We designed a website that sells strategy before the cameras come out, communicating a five-step system, qualifying serious clients, and proving the methodology with retro sci-fi craft.

From video producer to strategic partner.

The Sneaky Owl site led with "video content that converts" and packaged services by shoot type. The new brand needed to attract mid-sized businesses ready to invest in strategy, not clients shopping for another videographer.

A site structured around the Charted Course, a five-step system that proves the methodology before the meeting.

Mid-century modern visuals and retro sci-fi callbacks carry the playful confidence tone. Easter eggs and unique effects reward exploration without overwhelming traditional business owners. StoryBrand-led copy positions the visitor as the hero, and the portfolio uses a hybrid format where work expands into context, results, and business impact.

A platform that filters and educates before the first call.

The new site moves Charted out of the videographer category and into the strategic-partner category. Visitors arrive understanding the system, the process, and what serious engagement actually looks like.
